Do you charge per user?
No. Docivault charges a flat monthly fee per firm, not per user. Add up to your plan's limit without paying extra.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Starter saves ₹1,200/year (₹4,788 billed once). Pro saves ₹3,600/year (₹11,988). White-Label saves ₹12,000/year.
Is GST charged separately?
Yes, GST at applicable rates is charged in addition to the listed price. Your GST invoice will be available for download from your billing dashboard.
What happens when I hit my client limit?
You'll be notified and prompted to upgrade. You won't lose any existing data — existing clients remain fully accessible until you upgrade.
Is Docivault compliant with the DPDP Act?
Yes. Docivault is built with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act in mind. Data is stored in India, and you retain full control over client data.
