Our commitment
Whatever it becomes, it will not train on your documents
When an AI assistant ships, it will be explicit about which of your documents it reads and when it runs, and you will be able to choose not to use it. It will not be used to train a model, on your documents or anyone else’s. We are not naming a vendor, a model, or a date here — none of that is decided yet.

Does docivault use AI on my documents?
No, not today. There is no AI feature in the product yet, so nothing in your workspace is being read, summarised, or used to train anything. An AI assistant is on the roadmap, with no date promised.
What is planned for the AI assistant?
Suggested categories, document summaries, translation, comparison between two versions of a document, and a chat that answers questions from your own documents. All of it is on the roadmap — none of it exists in the product today.
Will docivault train a model on my documents?
No. That is a commitment, not a feature we plan to add later: your documents will not be used to train a model. When an AI assistant does ship, what it reads and when it runs will be explicit and something you can choose not to use.
When will the AI assistant ship?
No date is promised. It is on the roadmap, which on this site means an intention, not a scheduled release.
