What are docivault’s terms of service?
Last updated: 28 August 2026. These are plain-language terms for a pre-launch product, written to be read and understood — not a substitute for a negotiated agreement.
The service
What docivault is, and what you agree to by using it
docivault is a workspace for exchanging documents with people outside your own team. By using it you agree to use it only for lawful purposes, to not upload content you do not have the right to share, and to not attempt to access another workspace or another person’s data that you have not been given access to.
No promises we cannot keep
The product is pre-launch, provided as-is, and features change
docivault is under active development. Features described on this site may change, and some named on the roadmap are not built yet. The service is provided without warranty of any kind, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Your content, and account termination
Your documents stay yours, and we may end an account used for abuse
You own the documents you upload; using docivault to store and exchange them does not transfer any rights in them to us. We may suspend or terminate an account used to abuse the service, attempt to access data it should not, or break the law.
Changes and contact
How changes are communicated, and who to ask
If these terms change materially, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date above. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@docivault.com.
