Why this exists
A feature list that tells you what is actually usable, not what is being marketed
Every capability named anywhere on this site carries one of four labels, and this page is where all four groups live side by side. Nothing here is dated, because a small product that promises quarters it cannot keep is worse than one that says plainly what is not built yet. This list is generated from the same module the rest of the site reads, so it cannot drift from the badges on the other pages.

Accounts and sign-in
Available nowEmail and password sign-in, password reset, and a workspace you create in about a minute.
Passkeys and biometric sign-in
Available nowSign in with Face ID, Touch ID or a hardware key instead of typing a password.
Two-factor authentication
Available nowTime-based codes from any authenticator app, with backup codes. An admin can require it for the whole workspace.
Workspaces
Available nowEach workspace is its own tenant with its own members, contacts and documents. One person can belong to several.
Roles and access scoping

Documents and spaces

Comments and reactions
Available nowThreaded comments, replies and reactions on a document, so the conversation lives next to the file.

Questions
What people ask about this list
What is the difference between "in progress" and "coming soon"?
In progress means it is partly built and partly usable today. Coming soon means it does not exist yet, but it is the next thing being built. Neither carries a date.
Why does the roadmap list things you have decided not to pursue yet, like ISO 27001?
Because "not held, not scheduled" is a real, checkable answer to a question buyers actually ask, and burying it would make the rest of this list less trustworthy.
Will everything on this page definitely ship?
No. "On the roadmap" is an intention, not a commitment — it can be reprioritised or dropped. "Coming soon" is closer to certain but still has no promised date.
How often is this list updated?
It is updated whenever a feature’s real status changes — the same table drives the badges everywhere else on the site, so there is only one place to keep current.
