Why this exists
A feature list that tells you what is actually usable, not what is being marketed
Every capability named anywhere on this site carries one of four labels, and this page is where all four groups live side by side. Nothing here is dated, because a small product that promises quarters it cannot keep is worse than one that says plainly what is not built yet. This list is generated from the same module the rest of the site reads, so it cannot drift from the badges on the other pages.

Accounts and sign-in
Available nowEmail and password sign-in, password reset, and a workspace you create in about a minute.
Passkeys and biometric sign-in
Available nowSign in with Face ID, Touch ID or a hardware key instead of typing a password.
Two-factor authentication
Available nowTime-based codes from any authenticator app, with backup codes. An admin can require it for the whole workspace.
Workspaces
Available nowEach workspace is its own tenant with its own members, contacts and documents. One person can belong to several.
Roles and access scoping
Available nowAdmins see the whole workspace, members see only what they are assigned, external contacts see only their own space.
Categories
Available nowLabel documents so both sides find them later. Start from a template set or build your own.
Workspace and profile settings
Available nowSecurity settings, session timeout, workspace deletion and account deletion, all self-service.
Idle sign-out
Available nowAn unattended session warns, then signs itself out, and every open tab follows.
Contacts
Available nowThe people outside your team that you exchange documents with. Adding one invites them; they never pay and there is no cap.
Team members
Available nowInvite colleagues, set their role, scope them to particular contacts, and archive them when they leave.
Documents and spaces
Available nowThree spaces per contact — Private, Team and Shared — with upload, moving a document between them, and page-by-page previews of PDFs, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files and images, converted on our own servers. Admins decide, per document, who can download it; every download is logged.
Comments and reactions
Available nowThreaded comments, replies and reactions on a document, so the conversation lives next to the file.
Sharing by link
Available nowSend a document as a link that expires, either open to anyone holding it or restricted to email addresses you name.
Activity feed
Available nowOne chronological record of what happened in a workspace.
Overview and analytics
Available nowAn admin dashboard of documents stored, storage used, uploads over time, busiest and quietest contacts, and follow-ups worth chasing.
Public API
Available nowDocumented endpoints, an OpenAPI description, personal API tokens and a read-only MCP server (bearer token) are live; OAuth sign-in for chat-app connectors and write tools are not.

Coming soonDocument opens by contacts, team members and share-link visitors are recorded, but cannot yet be viewed or exported in the product. A way to browse and export them, and a complete, tamper-proof audit trail, are still to be built.

Questions
What people ask about this list
What is the difference between "in progress" and "coming soon"?
In progress means it is partly built and partly usable today. Coming soon means it does not exist yet, but it is the next thing being built. Neither carries a date.
Why does the roadmap list things you have decided not to pursue yet, like ISO 27001?
Because "not held, not scheduled" is a real, checkable answer to a question buyers actually ask, and burying it would make the rest of this list less trustworthy.
Will everything on this page definitely ship?
No. "On the roadmap" is an intention, not a commitment — it can be reprioritised or dropped. "Coming soon" is closer to certain but still has no promised date.
How often is this list updated?
It is updated whenever a feature’s real status changes — the same table drives the badges everywhere else on the site, so there is only one place to keep current.
